- Wasaga Beach is a Canadian town at the southern end of Ontario's Georgian Bay. Its long, sandy beach lies on Nottawasaga Bay, with views of the rugged Niagara Escarpment. It’s known for canoe routes on the winding Nottawasaga River. Nancy Island Historic Site, near the river’s mouth, commemorates the War of 1812. Footpaths and cycle trails crisscross Wasaga Beach Provincial Park, home to native wildlife.

Is this the beach in Ontario where you can walk WAY out and the water is barely past your knees?
Awesome beach! I am now in my 60's went there last time in the 1990's. It WAS so remote back then, looks like a crowded FLA beach now..... too bad really.
Oh, I am sure back then, it was much better. It does get crowded weekends in summer months!
Yes it is but its now is the beach where you can just poop in the sand and it a nominal thing 😂
