@@georgesidiropoulos5967 u need to loan them out to a decent club! For example if you loan out a 67 rated player to Barca they will grow slow, if you loan out to a bad team they grow faster! But sometimes u just can be unlucky if they play bad in their team

@@redaelidrissi6562 normally you stick a developmental plan on them, then throughout the season their stats will increase and hopefully so will their overall🙌

When I make a save, I start with making every possible player 5* 5* and high/high, then I use the best plan

In my portsmouth career Tzolis and Yusuf Demir also grew 7 points every season. Absolutely beasts love it. I found a little glitch. As you know the growth is very good when the player is in good or excellent form. My reserve players playd just 2 cup match and had a good rating. After that their form was always at good for months😃even without playing games they grow as fack😂

I got a youth player called louis lewis and after 2 seasons he has 94 pace 86 shooting and he's 83 rated ( he was 65 rated when I got him)

@@tjm1015 because I made a career fully based of youth players I started him every game but if you go for a club with critical youth development their starting youth players will be very good

If it only takes 2 weeks to change positions, go for it... otherwise you may need to wait months or an entire season for your player to be ready to change positions...

How did you get Hlozek? Every CM I try to sign him and he is always too important for the club and I haven't seen him put on free transfer list.
Buy another player from Prague, and offer them a reserve striker that you have in return. When they have another striker you’re able to buy Hlozek.

I rather the training like fifa 20. That’s it especially the goalie. Shit I had plizzari up to a 92. Lassino traorae to a 91. Esposito to a 90. Samuel kalu to 89 all in like 4 years. Trained them to death never sold my top 8. Became a dynasty with Sunderland 🤣. Yea deff a video game.

Play matches and keep them in ur squad for example: I was the psg manager and kylian mbappe grew to 95 in 3 seasons
My fifa 20 was bugging my player rating was supposed to be 86 but when i close and open it back it became 53 i buy it for 60m$ lmao😭
I got Zlatans regen in season 2.
He went from 72 to 80 like a season or two.
I sent him out on loan, I knew he would develop faster there (he grew 8 points in a season).
Why do my players always grow slower when they're on my team? Because i think I'm doing everything right but i can send players out on loan and the grow like crazy.
That’s just how the game works this year, loans can give players a huge boost in stats

I just send out players I'm not gonna use for a couple of seasons.
I always save middle of the season so i see those who are gonna be bought out of loans so i can go back and return them from loan lol.

Well you can go to sofifa.com , you can see every player ratings and potential there. Or you can just see the status of the player
Showing great potential: Potential 80-85.
An exciting prospect: Potential 86-90.
Has the potential to be special: Potential 91+

@@andreaparrino03 i meant player career mode for clarification. As for manager career mode, you should try to play your future stars as much as possible. If they are much lower rated than the rest of the squad, a loan would be the second best option.
