I not only love loyle’s music but I love him as a person. He’s been hit by a number of roadblocks throughout his life yet he has persevered and maintains this optimistic, feel good persona
Hope that Loyle Carner understands that this second album is feeling very much like an instant classic. Me and my friends have been listening your music since NO CD, and this album feels like you starting to reach new heights for UK hip hop.
Let's forget about his music for a minute. This guy opened a culinary school to help ADHD children when he became successful. That alone is enough reason for me to idolize him.
i was smiling so hard watching this i didn’t realise i had tears of joy forming. this really showcases why we love ben so much. his energy, his gratitude and transparency... he’s really just a good guy man. bless. i love seeing him happy and tryna do his best to pass that happy around. long live coyle-larner
This guy and his music are amazing. I've met him twice and freaked out while he remained super polite and sympathetic. Thanks for being such a nice guy :)
Loyle is so genuine and it shows in his music, honest and beautiful tracks, really deserves the best and I'm sure this album will become something people will speak about for years to come.
A legend. Such a talented and down to earth guy that brings such passion and understanding into his music. I cannot wait to see him in Dublin again and wish nothing but the best for such a unique talent. Love to you Ben!
It's beautifully sincere and humble album. Not bragging, not acting like his lyrics are the most profound scripture ever written (which is the way many rappers act) just honestly expressing himself without shyness nor drama
"Looking Back" on the album is the best song I've heard in over a decade no lie if you haven't heard pls do. Loyle is the realest out there can't believe wait to see him tomorrow in Edinburgh 😎
I'm here with you. I am screaming at anybody with a ear drum how dope this dude is. One love from Oakland, CA. Can we get this dude on tour in the US? I saw Tom Misch at the Fox Theater in Oakland on 10/18 and he brought the building down with an amazing show!!
@@simonmorter9341 Tom Misch's "In the Midst Of It All" was one of my favorite songs in 2015 (I think it was put on my Spotify Discover Weekly, but can't remember) and after listening to it a thousand times I figured I should check out what else Tom had. So that led me to "Nightgowns" with Loyle and I've been a fan ever since!!
Breath of fresh air this lad is. We need more real guys like him representing us
we need more people like him in the music scene
Cheers Phil

The 8 people that clicked dislike are just sad they don't have Spotify premium and cant hear his vice offline.

I met him in London Bridge and he was perhaps one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to
It's beautifully sincere and humble album. Not bragging, not acting like his lyrics are the most profound scripture ever written (which is the way many rappers act) just honestly expressing himself without shyness nor drama

I love this guy. I can't wait for him to come to Johannesburg, SA.
Humility is valuable, and this guy knows it. His approach to hiphop is refreshing and relatable. Loving the new album, keep it up mate!
I'm spearheading the American Loyle Carner fan club and (im)patiently waiting until he tours here!!!

@@theinfamouspokeinrichmondc3543 Same!! I live in Austin and given the music scene here, a Loyle show is much needed!
Honestly curious how my fellow Americans discovered him!

Loyle Carner has what I’d call the definition of kind eyes
probably the nicest person in hiphop tbh
Gotta love Ben, a great human really.
'Yesterdays Gone' was the best UK hip hop album of all time until 'Not Waving but Drowning' came out
“Im not doing all this stuff to stay the same” wow dats a bar

Speaking for all the moms.
What a guy.
Only fully just clocked that JME is Julies brother. Mad ting.

But imagine loyle carner on the JRE
He also did a podcast with Phil Taggart on his 'slacker podcast' which was good

Saw him live at nass and he was so genuine
What's he say at 4:01?
He says 'it's my mum, she's the greatest human'

He kinda reminds of ted from HIMYM
There’s plenty of good guys out there but they normally get trod on by females and life for being nice guys.
