Wow, I'm an Uzbek living in USA, just getting into overlanding. Amazing work, I'm glad to be a new sub to your adventures! Really happy that you show a true culture of people.
Your rig is built perfectly for this adventure 👍
This.. i'm lost for words guys. The architecture, the food, the people, the culture.. it is magnificent! The restoration of the their heritage is to be applauded. That 'Bazaar'.. oh my God! I'm blown away, seriously. I will have to post again later, after re-viewing, just so much. Leigh and Steph, Thank you. :)
"First I will explain, then you ask a question." :) The breads are so incredible! I want some so badly! And the pickled vegetables! Can you tell I'm hungry? :) And finally, you two have such a beautiful relationship. 💖
02:45 am and blown away by the sheer beauty of this city, the people and especially the food. How could I get back to sleep after all this. Damn you 😂
No, thank you for taking me along with you 🙋🏻♂️
'-'♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Again, you are in a Turkic country. Our beloved Uzbekistan
Love love love your video, as always! Beautiful people!
Ho my dear Portia. Regarding to RUclips analytics our audience is 1.6% female... 😔 Glad to see you here.
@@GrizzlyNbearOverland I love being part of the 1%!
This is gonna be slogan for your trip : "We need diesel. Yes we do" 😂
Great video! The food spot looked awesome! Some clever camera shots too Steph!
Looks great. Looking forward to the next adventure you share.
Thanks buddy, the food was bloody awesome!
That you film and photograph the food, the people, and their culture with the scenes of their countries. Thank you for bringing this to me.
I first saw a colleague from Taipeh taking food photos 2011, and I had a strange feeling about that. Today I cannot see any food photos anymore. BUT this market - amazing!
Toujours énorme ce Pyj.
Mes meilleurs voeux pour cette nouvelle année !
Muslim architecture is so beautiful.
How does Steph like being called Frenchie, maybe she could call Leigh Ausbo. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for video this my country WELCOME THE SAMARKAND
I'm glad if you enjoyed your travel through Uzbekistan!!
We really loved it. And the architecture was the most impressive. Nice people. We enjoyed the cold and sunny November.
thank you for it.i really enjoyed it...
I've been wandering and wondering around your videos like a lost child, and everytime gets me more and more impressed, like in a zone of... I'can't explain it... like in THE ZONE. I have question for your climbing skills: Have you ever had a minute or two of absolute silence in which you can hear your heart beating? In the pressence of the absolute greatness of the empty nothing? Just got lost in the infinity of your thoughts watching the everlasting horizon? PURA VIDA and thak you.
We for sure have some scary moments while rock climbing. Sometimes you get what we call the " Elvis leg " a fast shake in your leg that you can not control. But overall rock climbing like we do is a safe sport.
Hahaha! That kiddo at 13:50 when he dropped the kitten. Tough life for pets in Asia I suppose
In next week video. We have more and also some I didn't include in the video. A bit intense. 😉
:-)
Another beautiful Vlog guys, drive safe🤟
Hope you found diesel in the end (how stressfull!). Thanks for the wonderful video of Samarkand, really interesting and funny too.
Next week we will found the diesel ... maybe... 😉 Also Euro4x4 will be seen on Balise Jaune 's def throughout the video.
@@GrizzlyNbearOverland , excellent!!!!
Nice impressions guys:) And I see you sorted out that diesel issue, very good:) Safe travels, I am excited for tomorrows new video :D woohoo
So sorry we wont be able to upload on friday. :( but stay tuned. Hopefully early next week...
GrizzlyNbear Overland no worries mate 👍
Keep up the great work!! Witch lens do you use for vlogging? And do you use the phones also? :-)
What a place - from here in Oz it seems incredibly exotic. I wonder why diesel is so unpopular there - are the trucks all petrol.
They run on propane or methane. Yes.
It's only Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan that have the diesel issue.
Both countries produce their own gas as well.
Nearly caught up on all your uploads, been a good 2 days binge. How much fuel do you carry? 300/400, I forgot when you had the tank put in, so much to take in watching these!
Did you notice the difference of how thick the honey was to what we get in the shops? And I hope you got that pimp coat! Looked boss!
No way Haha. The coat was massive and so heavy. We don't have the room. Fuel : 140L in the main and 70 in the auxiliary. Did you watch in order or random ? I always wonder.
GrizzlyNbear Overland 210ltrs!.. I was guessing 300.. A lot of the boys back here in Aus are running 250+, I think Ronny Dahl has 300 on his Landy.
And I'm pretty sure I watched in order, if you go 'videos' it shows by upload date. But if I watch say Ep.32, at the end it will show Ep.31?? Are you able to go back and change what's recommended, like change to Ep.33?
And I didn't think the coat was that heavy?! Maybe that's why the blokes are so short😂
Vous avez trouvé du Diesel du coup ?! 😂😂
🇺🇿🇺🇿🇺🇿
Spices or spacers?
What a stunning looking place guys 👍👍 Can't believe those spacers are still giving you gip 😢 Have you tried putting copper grease on and making sure they are torqued up to the right setting ?? How far behind are we with your up loads as still looks greenish ?? Any snow yet ?? Keep warm n safe 🤗😇👌✊
Hello mate, so tomorrow is D day for the spacers.
I'm going to try adjusting the steering lock stops.
If I can't get them not rubbing without spacers I'm biting the bullet and going to get a set of 255/85s.
Keeps the large diameter but being a thinner tyre will solve all the other issues.
The videos are about 4-5 weeks behind.
It's much easier and gives Steph a bit of breathing space rather than having to stress about the videos every week 😉
We have been skiing today in Kyrgyzstan 😊
We had some really intense blizzards and a lot of snow crossing the mountains from Western Uzbekistan into Kyrgyzstan.
That will be in a couple of weeks video.
Had the snow chains on the tyres today for the first time and did a few trails in the snow, really enjoyed it and the Defender loved it even more 😉
Leigh Dearle what you got on the moment then tyre size wise ?? Oh....don't blame you at all guys...you have to enjoy yourselves first otherwise you'd get bogged down in camera and up loading work 😰 Oh...I popped over to mud stuff's HQ just after new year and Kevin says a BIG hello 🙌🙌 and wishes you both well and happy travels. His 110 is an awesome Landy 👍👌
Leigh Dearle wow...sounds wonderful and look forward to that episode. We have some other friends on RUclips who we've met and keep up with JKOverland....great couple. They touring Corsica at the moment whilst we are enjoying the wet and windy North West of England !!!! Lol. Take care and keep safe and hope the new tyres sort that blooming clicking noise out. 🤘👌👍
@@Simonandisla at the moment we've got 285/75R16. I've committed and ordered a set of Toyo open country Mt 255/85s.
The Chinese music doesn't match with cultural place like bazar, you should ask those people what music they like or choose some popular cultural traditional music especially for bazar. 👎
Some constructive comments 😉😉
