I do this on Saturdays. Sundays are my self care days where I just relax, do facials, moisturize my hair, watch tv and just chill.

On Sunday's after church, I prepare dinner for my family. I clean the kitchen and that's it. If something else needs to be done, it will have to wait till Monday.

Hey!! Watched on the TV Sunday and coming back to comment because I forgot to then. But I meal prepped yesterday and the Italian dressing seasoned chicken is soooo good! I calculated my macros for weight loss and made a plan. Thank you for inspo!

I like to cook a few meals for the week. I prep my fruits & veggies. I like to deep clean my bathroom . I like to do a facial whiten my teeth all the extras I do this while cleaning. After preparing for the week I clean up the kitchen. I usually make a big dinner and bake bread & deserts for the week. I try to have my house cleaning done on Fridays. Saturdays I shop & spend the day with my husband. Sundays we enjoy doing the things we both enjoy. He watch’s football or what ever game is on or he is in the garage or working in the yard. I love cooking & baking. I love sweet potatoes.

I do a weekly chore a day. Saturday is my linens day and love having clean bedding. Saturday is the day I do batch cooking for week. Love roasting a large mix of potatoes and veggies to just reheat during the week. Sweet potatoes with acorn squash, mushrooms and Brussel sprouts are a great combo. Serve with pork tenderloin or chicken and saute apples and pears wonderful.

Oh I know wish had more tiling over hob and our fan hood it's stainless steel, especially when hubby does his steak grease goes everywhere... I remember every night like clockwork cleaned everything down now its like it's ok for tonight too tired, as long as dishwasher on, hob cleaned, counters cleaned for morning to make lunch boxes

Hi we’ve used the pink stuff for years in 🇬🇧 it looks like a new in America .great video and meal prep I don’t do that my self but there is only two of us now. Xxx
When my kids were young I would do things llike make 2 lasagnas and freeze one. Make tons of homemade spaghetti sauce from home grown or farmer market veggies and freeze. That way I always had on hand . You can also buy extra meat and prep with marinade and freeze in marinade.

I do disagree about doing the bedding on Sunday and I’ll tell you why. Years ago I started doing the bedding on Friday. That way when you want to sleep in on the weekends your sheets are fresh and amazing. If you do it in Sunday, you can’t enjoy it to it’s fullest Monday morning. 😁😁

Hey love seeing your meal prep was satisfying I haven't meal prepped like that in a long time. I'm sure definitely frees you up some through out the week. I usually do a weekend reset because most times I have things left to do from Saturday.

@@lindseyslifeNstyle I finish up any laundry that wasn't done or came in throughout the week, change out bedding, cleaning of entire house. I also like to deep clean my dishwasher since I use it to dry the dishes....

I love the idea of oven roasting the veggies ahead of time, but what is the best way reheat them? I always see the prep part in videos but I wish someone could make a video of actually reheating it when ready to eat it. Thanks for this video! Same here Cindy. Although since he retired we've decided to cook our own meals bc we don't really like the same kinds of food. It's worked out perfectly. And when I feel like cooking a home cooked meal I enjoy it more and make it an all-day event 💜💙💚💛🧡

Check out Kim from The Wads here on YT. She will make freezer meals all in one freezer bag. She puts the meat in and all the marinades plus veggies like onions and peppers, not potatoes bc they can get mushy. Then she can actually take it from the freezer and put in a crockpot on low and then make salad and/or rice, etc. Nice when a busy day and dinner is done 💜💙💚💛🧡
