    The hill is better. However, the city doesn't maintain the sidewalks in the winter (where before there was a huge shoulder to walk on that was plowed by the city trucks). It forces people to walk in the road during winter. I believe I heard someone has already been hit by a car because of this. Had the project omitted the sidewalk, this project would have been perfect. Plows just push piles of snow onto the sidewalk.
