a new genre should awaken based off the 'real sound' or pure techno. the stuff that doesn't sound like it was all made in the same studio. techno is being pasted on just about anything with no lyrics. her set fits into what people go out and listen to when they are looking to 'techno'. easy to mix unchallenging music that really doesn't change all that much track to track. but hey..........give the people what they want, right? I just wonder what 'for real' female DJs who don't have ELLE magazine looks think about this kind of thing.
They probably think, "Wow, good for her. She's an all star dj that found her niche and it just so happens the public is into that kind of music too." Why must there be so much negativity in EDM? It just kills the scene.
