I was in highschool when that happened it's tradic that people lost their life will never forget the ones who died that day shall we never forget the ones who gave their lives that day to save the ones who made it America has changed over the yrs we need to come together again and make this world better God bless the United States may things get better keep up the good work I'm with u on this subject
Glad you brought up people with out lights on in the rain.i live in the northeast right outside of Philadelphia and we have heavy fines for riding with out lights in the rain .and NJ state police they will pull you over they don’t care if it’s pouring rain. People listen to what he is saying hard enough that trucking is long hours. Be safe out there and I hope everyone is doing well after the storm
Hey brother, Mike, I do like all of your videos and I appreciate riding along with you. Yes, I do remember where I was on that early morning of September 11, 2001 . It was a special day for me and I’ll never will forget all what happened in New York and at the Pentagon. Terrorism hit our beautiful country very hard that day. Remembering the almost 3000 precious souls that loss their lives that day. I said it was a special day for me. I turned 50 years old that day. My family was preparing a surprise birthday for me when I got home after work needless to say the atmosphere at my home was very somber so. I need to say again, remembering the precious lost souls that passed that day. I am praying for you and your precious family, brother Mike and Godspeed my brother
what happen to America we need to get our COUNTRY Preach it Brother great video Imabout 40 miles south east of Macon would have been great to meet you trucker keep it between Mayo and Mustard
My son enlisted in the Marines the day before September 11th. He went to Iraq and servived. We are so proud of him and all that have served and are serving.
Hi, Mike! I remember clearly that day and I will never forget. The Word is clear about how things will change as we move through life and not in a good way. We are instructed to be careful what we treasure on this earth because it is all passing away! That day was a hard day, but I knew then as I know now, God is in control of EVERYTHING and we are going through all of this because He is allowing it and will use it according to HIS purposes and will. Have a lovely day, Mike!
I'm 35 years old just like you (Born 1-27-89). I remember 9/11. I was just relaxing with my family, having a good time playing video games when that happened. We had one tv on the news channel, stuck watching in shock. The people of America then no longer exist today or we get lost in our own personal problems/struggles and forget everything else.
I was delivering a load in Michigan City, IN. that day. I was 35 yrs old. I agree with you if people don't like it here and they want socialism then go overseas to those other countries that have that. God Bless America.🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
That was deep, what happen to the us is everyone trying to tell people it’s ok to transgender, it’s ok to do crimes , no one wants to hurt anybody feelings and write from wrong is blooded . We are not now the greatest generation. If things don’t change we will be the worst. God don’t sleep so thing will have to change and soon . God bless you hit the nail right on the head. I was unemployed and saw it all happen .
Amen Mikey I know where I was at I was sitting in a dump truck waiting to get loaded listening to the radio when they broke in with a special alert!!!! At first I thought it was a fluke accident with a single engine small airplane but I listened to the broadcast by the time they went back to regular programming Mikey I had tears in my eyes. I will NEVER FORGET ABOUT THAT DAY. God Bless each and everyone and their families . You see Mikey that day just happened to be my birthday now my birthday has taken on a new meaning for the rest of my life. God Bless you and your family Mike be safe and be careful. R. BKTS 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏✌️
On that September 11, I was on a critical DOD asset as a US Army Civilian... we were wondering if we were going to hit also! Our world turned upside down that day and was never the same again!
Lol, the 'ol floor steak special 😂🤘 I was running an excavator digging duct bank trench through a Conrail rail yard. I remember like it was yesterday the foreman driving up and the look on his face. Then the super coming up an hour later and asked for volunteers to go up to NYC for rescue operation. The company i was with was in tight with the Port Authority. We all volunteered. But kinda thankful we never got the call.
We will never forget 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻9/11/2001 We watched in disbelief & then the second plane hit! Americans Were United 🇺🇸 The first responders who gave their lives & all those who rushed in💔🇺🇸🙏🏻🇺🇸 Prayers for our Country 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Let’s keep it together 🇺🇸
🍭SWEET🍭Great video as always Mike! I really enjoyed Pastor Barry McDonald’s service tonight! Wondering if you were able to catch it. Praying for his wife Shannon🙏🏼Your last point, “What happened to America?” Short answer, SIN! For the most part the responsibility falls on the shoulders of the Church! Need to get back to preaching Christ & Him Crucified! You & your family are in my prayers always🙏🏼Rubber Down, Metal Up Driver🚛Stay safe!🙏🏼✝🕊💖👍🏻🇺🇸👑To God Be The Glory👑🕊🌞
I had just gotten home from pulling a 24 hr shift from the fire station just south of the Atlanta Airport. That day change the fire service and change the way we train also for the first time we started keeping the fire house lock down 24-7. I have been retired now for 7 years and Sept 11th holds a special place in all Fire fighters' hearts. But it looks like the younger Gen Z have forgotten 9 -11, God and country.
I was 10 years old. My dad was working out of country in Aruba when the planes attacked. He was stuck there for a week before they opened everything back up. I can remember my mom crying on the phone with him but it was nothing compared to what those poor people went through that day
I was Owner Operator doing LTL in Memphis Tennessee. As soon as I saw what was going on I fueled up and got my ass back into Arkansas. I thought those crazy bastards were gona take out all the bridges. I was determined to get back to my family
I spent a lot of time at ground zero with the co pant I was with. We had our cranes and big trailers going in and out every day . All I can tell you from the horrors I witnessed I can never forget and I will never forgive!
Some truck stops have separate parking for bobtail trucks. If not? Drivers should pull in, pull forward. The next driver should BACK in. If you're both driving bobtail. This way? You both can get out. ""911""? I was born and raised in northern NJ. I have lived in PA, Amishland middle of PA since 1997. I had two stops in NJ and pick up in Holyoke, MA. A 620 to 640 mile round trip we did fairly often. I remember listening to the radio and the dj stayed on for 3 hours past his shifts end. You couldn't get in or out of Manhattan. Our neice and her boyfriend worked in NYC. Coming back from the Paper mill in Holyoke MA, heading to my layover in NJ , it seemed like rt 95 south was nothing but National Guardsman vehicles and Army and Emergency vehicles heading to the city. There were Equipment rental trucks with lights, backhoes and other kinds of construction equipment. I turned off on rt 287 west they ( CB and the radio) all said trucks were not allowed into/ through NYC unless you were part of the rescue process. We had a driver delivering on Long Island that day and we were worried he would be stuck there for a few days. He said he was 3 miles from the Throgs Neck Bridge when they shutdown the bridge and the roads. 2:PM they reopened the road and allowed one truck at a time across the 2 mile long bridge. See? They didn't know if there were trucks involved as well. All the planes were grounded. When they finally started to receive commercial vehicles again? That's when the restrictions for ""UPPER level ONLY "" were put into place.. . And for that year afterwards National Guardsman and State Police checked all, then after a few months randomly checked the trucks going into the city. We've spoken about it before. Hopefully, you're okay though the hurricane. My father in law in NC has a couple trees down. A friend who lives in GA I spoke to before the storm came ashore. Safe travels and God bless you. Yeah, I'm 63 and will never forget.
The people in the Appalations getting $750.00 never had it so Good right ?? Thanks Kamila . The Illegals can also Add it to their Funding jackpot !! I will leave the rest to imagination ? Lookin Good Driver stay safe

I will never forget that day I can remember where I was at and even who I was talking to.And right now if we don’t straighten it’s going to happen.this administration preys on destroying the American people way of living.
Definitely i can tell the difference when i pull my boots off after 13 hrs and slip mine on, feels like i can walk a lot faster than I can in my steel toe boots, i need to get another pair soon because i already worn these thing o 2:54 ut. Lol

I remember 911 very well, I was bringing Veneer from Pineland Tx to Oakdale La. What Happened was the Presidents following GWB.
We agree parking is always an issue 🙄
Entrance ramps were my favorite....... heck of a lot better then being hit by a swift driver in a truck stop.
🤣 🤣 🤣 that ain't no lie
God Bless You Mike! NEVER FORGET 9-11!

I was Owner Operator doing LTL in Memphis Tennessee. As soon as I saw what was going on I fueled up and got my ass back into Arkansas. I thought those crazy bastards were gona take out all the bridges. I was determined to get back to my family
I hear that
I spent a lot of time at ground zero with the co pant I was with. We had our cranes and big trailers going in and out every day . All I can tell you from the horrors I witnessed I can never forget and I will never forgive!
I could only imagine
The scenery Mike was outstanding no parking for 60,000.00 that a problem
It should be mandatory when you turn your wipers on, the lights should come on automatically. Also people don’t use their turn signals much anymore
