I agree janpi278008, Great voice and sparkling acting. With a bit of control and maturity this is a world star in the making. Brava Brava Brava Brava Brava
Observer 21 she reminds me of a young Ileana Cotrubas when she first started out she was told by her peers at the conservatory in Bucharest they say that she would never sing opera it would say oh that Ileana has a beautiful voice but she will never sing opera because her voice is so small. All in due time she went on to become one of the greatest Boheme's and Traviata of all time. I see her going the same way but more cautiously. She will marry and have children. Because of the Portuguese music is like breathing but after God family comes first. I'm sure this young lady is well grounded in that respect. And has other interests and her full life. Just like my daughter Danielle Amaral. Opera will not be her life. She is multi-talented just like my daughter. Thank you for this website it is most refreshing. I will keep following you to see these young artists Excel and grow we will not criticize but encourage these young ones to go forward the most beautiful art form and the world quoting my father Daniel B. Amaral. He passed away at the age of 86. 2 years after my daughter Danielle. She was a rare rare Beauty. Long auburn hair skin like porcelain. So unaware of her beauty multi-talented Played The Cello by the age of five the guitar at the age of 16 self-taught. And a beautiful Broadway voice she sounded like Lea Salonga. She would have been 41 years old on October 14th 314 p.m. 2018. She would have really enjoyed this because like this Young lady Opera was not her life. She went to her first opera at the age of 3. My wife couldn't go due to a bad cold. I know this is a long text but I need everyone to realize how precious life is and don't take your children for granted. She was married to a wonderful young man for 10 years tall handsome blond grey blue eyes intelligent kind giving at the age of 15 he was in love with Danielle. They got married at the age of 20. They were made for each other. I think you understand my story he still Grieves her. After 10 years we love him like the son we never had. He calls us about every 6 months. He can't let go. It breaks our hearts to see him this way. That is called sadness to the 10th power. My daughter was 6 generation American too much like me not enough like me. I am only one eighth Portuguese too much Portuguese not enough Portuguese just like my father he was 1/4 Portuguese. Danielle was named after my dad Daniel. My father was typical Portuguese. kind giving understanding sensitive intelligent he understood The Human Condition. He was very empathetic a good listener and a very good adviser about the important things of life. My grandfather was half Portuguese Matthew Amaral . He live to be 96 years old. His father Martin was on his way to South Paulo the boat stopped at the Yucatan for supplies Etc. this was around 1850. He had never seen an American Indian. Once he got off the boat at the age of 17 he saw this beautiful Maya Indian lady she was 15 he followed her to her Village. My great-great-grandfather was an elder/ chief of the village they were all Mayans my great-grandfather never got back on the boat they were married in two weeks. My great-grandmother was 15 my great-grandfather was 17. She passed away at the age of 17 after giving birth two twins my grandfather and his sister my great-grandmother and my great-great-aunt died at childbirth my great-grandfather never remarried. My grandfather Matthew said he was tall Blond blue eyes. He passed away at the age of 40. my grandfather said he would never go with other women or drinking it was just the two of them. I think I've said enough thank you for this website thank you for listening. I will be 68 years old and December & so will my wife. We cannot take life for granted I hope you don't delete my comment. I'm not related to this young lady. Only by spirit. I made a comment in jest a few minutes ago I have a very dry sense of humor just like my mother before me.Amaral is a common Portuguese last name. thank you for listening I will continue to follow your website something truly refreshing. Please excuse my typos I use the microphone due to an autoimmune disease I'm fine I'll be okay. My sincere greetings Arnold Bourbon Amaral.
Probably will never be a big voice, but a delightful actress and well-shaped tones...and I was much taken with her youthful "chirping" soprano...Brava....
H Clary a coloratura doesn't need to be a "big" voice - what they need, and Srta Amaral has, is that brightness and agility. I'm sure she has only gotten better, too!
@@inesdeerausquin5658 Right you are, Ines...on all counts. I was thinking that her delightful voice might be limited in the roles it was "fit" for, (I know many if not most that applies to) but the "bigger" voices, and that may mean as well "bigger" in the sense of "star power" ie once you hear them you always know its them....seem to have broader scope in repertoire. Lucky them, I guess as long as they don't try out "everything" just because "so and so" before them did. Anyway, no word here of disagreement with you. I'm not really a fan of soprani in general, but I'd be happy to attend any performance featuring this voice and actress. Pip pip...
Excelente presencia, buena capacidad histriónica e interpretativa, voz agradable, si mantiene la cordura con su repertorio y con sus estudios tiene futuro
Александра Кузнецова I think she has a lot going for her. I think she has varied interest. Modeling acting singing probably very intelligent as well. I'm not being impartial we're not related. I'm only 1/8 Portuguese. My daughter is light complected with auburn hair skin like porcelain. I like her voice though she's very pretty. Sincerely Arnold Bourbon Amaral
Sono tutte romanze d,' opera bellissimo in specie quel guardo il cavaliere cantata da anna netrebko, donna peraltro molto sexy RD attraente.Michele LAGROTTA.
This singer is not for serious opera. In serious opera you need be able to bark loud, learn a couple of roles and you are in business, no musicality needed.
Oleg VR I like the way she rolls her R's. A lovely young lady shows a lot of promise. No we're not related. I'm part French Portuguese Spanish British. My wife is Croatian Eastern European Spanish British. My daughter was 5th generation American thank you Arnold Bourbon Amaral
Correct interpretation, but mediocre voice technique: emission of the voice always open, without covering anything, always high larynx, absence of chest registration, jaw tension, respiratory control problems (constricts chest and abdomen), posture is not upright, force neck muscles constantly because of respiratory control (diaphragm, intercostal, abdominal and pelvic muscles) is not coordinated and well trained (breath control is the basis of an opera singer)
Excellant voice!Perfection!
a joy to hear, a joy to watch"...........thnx!
Stunning.....SUBLIME ❤🙏👑

Na pewno czarująca
mmmm, non mi è piaciuta purtroppo! Il timbro è poco intressante, e poco brillante! Spesso spoggiato.., gli acuti sono troppo larghi.
no no no !

way too much manipulation in the phrasing,no legato, fragmented, bad musical taste. she should hire a new coach.
Nasal and shrill.
O signore....... Non ci siamo proprio
Brava Leonor! But Netrebko: bu-bu-bu-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u-u!!!...
