Scripting is by far the most challenging part for me when it comes to creating content I usually write in paragraphs and boom I run with it. So this video was fantastic and I am going to try and use your template for my next video and see how much it improves my storytelling. Thanks, Ryan!

Great tips, I am scripting my videos also, as from a beginner, I am not sure I can just work from an outline. Maybe in the future I will, but you are right planning out your script and your B roll is the best way to not go off topic and loose viewers.

Great video. 300 subs and over 5K views, you've obviously mastered the Tubs's algorithm. My question is, as a teaching channel, I want to provide a lot of value, while retention is of course important, everything seems to look and feel like a sales funnel. I try to be different to established channel in my niche, faster pacing, easy terms and use cases, but how can a teaching channel stand out?

I first get my talking points outlined of just like - intro and why this is important - talking point 1 - talking point 2 - talking point 3 And then do the speech to text to ramble on for like 5-8 minutes and then organize my thoughts and start scripting
In the part about “what problem does this video solve?” What would you say that answer is for videos of the style of Mark Rober, John Coogan, Chloe (HiT), veritasium, etc? Awesome vídeo btw!
I’d say with their videos since they’re based off entertainment it’s not about solving a problem such as more education niche specific content is. a lot of the times I’d say they just find a unique story and they explain the fun problem/solution
@@justcreateryan Yeah, I think that these channels are actually more education through science and technology (where you end up learning), but the main purpose for you clicking is more to find about the story in the title rather than to learn a specific skill or knowledge you are actively pursuing. Like Tom Scott, which manages to get millions of views each video without there being any relation between topics, but sparking a lot of curiosity. It would be interesting to know if this can be more niched.

Nah don’t speed them up at all, just learned to talk fast for RUclips 😂😂

Ai is doing a lot of the heavy lifting as far as script writing
for educational videos its still not even close, it can script the basic ai shit but can't touch anything that good for edutainment yet
