My tribute to Johannes Vermeer (1632 - 1675)

In this 2013 video supplemented with new images, you can see how I build my still life painting "The Art of Teaching." This still life is my homage to my favorite artist and fellow townsman Johannes Vermeer (1632 - 1675). Currently at the Rijksmuseum, the largest Vermeer exhibition ever dedicated to him is underway. Also, this is my announcement of participation in the television program "The New Vermeer." I will participate as one of the Master Painters in the third episode "Venus, Jupiter and Mercury" on Sunday, Feb. 26 at 8:30 p.m. NPO1.
