As someone who travels for a living, I can tell you that Boston is probably the most beautiful city in the country. Of all the places I visit, Boston is by far my favorite city. It is beautiful, it is clean, it is full of friendly people, and it is very easy to navigate. If you like history and culture and good food, Boston is a great place to explore.
Meh, I wouldn’t say it’s that easy to navigate especially if you’re unfamiliar with the city - at least if you’re driving in it. Maps can be confusing with the twisty unorganized roads which are always congested and hidden one ways are everywhere.
@Popeye Boston is constantly changing. If you go through the Seaport District you’ll see it’s more like New York and Chicago. It’s a very vibrant modern area of Boston that’s constantly developing.

I was an international student in Boston and lived there for 4 years. The city is amazing and I got to drive around and it feels very homey. The cops dont care what speed you drive in and the potholes throughout the city is a work of art. Your suspension will be ruined in a year and will dent your wheels especially if you drive a sedan. Christmas time is beautiful with snow and you get to see people decorate their house with lights. Love Boston would come back for sure
Way too reliant on cars like many to all US cities. I find it striking that nobody talks about the subway. The lack of trams on the street level is poor. This is from someone who thinks Boston is great. Oh and the roads are pretty bad quality too and there's almost no pedestrianisation.
I'm from California and Boston has to be the most beautiful city in the whole country. When I was younger I wanted to live there, other kids wanted to go to Disneyland or Six Flags, John's Incredible Pizza or Hawaii, but all I wanted was to go to Boston. Boston's architecture is soo beautiful and as a person who loves history of course that intrigued me even more. Though I'm a bit older than I was 7 years ago, and though I grew out of that phase of wanting to move to Boston, everytime I see a glimpse of Boston I absolutely fall in love with it everytime, it's impossible not to :) Also I was really waiting for you to drive past Paul Revere's house or Storrow Drive or Fenway or TD Garden (Bostonians are big sports fans and yes I'm also a Boston sports fan) , but I still enjoyed this video. One day I'll get to meet this beautiful city though. Also they weren't kidding when they say that Bostonians aren't cautious when it comes to driving or walking (Jaywalking) lol

Boston truly is a beautiful city. It’s so diverse, modern and fresh but also has this timeless older feel to it. What always blows me away is the unique architecture. Went to Boston in June/July 2018 and had the most amazing time! People are always willing to help you, they are really friendly. And, unlike a lot of other places in the USA, we talked to people about our cultural differences and they seemed interested and that makes for interesting convos.

Ugly British architecture and its love of 'red brick buildings'. It was supposed to be the new world but almost all of it from America to Canada carried on with the cold, emotionally deficient British looking buildings. North America really should move on.

I haven't compared building by building but I'm sure those styles are in London as well and the feel of emotional repression created by British/Euro culture is certainly in all of those styles. This also applies to the glass buildings which are also European big block buildings with a facelift.

And things have changed a lot since then, but the region is still called New England because of the English influence; NYC was a Dutch settlement first, not English I believe. I still see some similarities holding together the New England identity.

Alquan right but Boston is the main city in New England. It’s like nyc being the main city of jersey, ny, penn, & southern ct. I wouldn’t say the whole ct is metro nyc. But southern Connecticut sounds more like it.... providence. Rhode Island being just an hour from Boston. Boston is the main attraction and the main city of Vermont, ct, Maine, Rhode Island and New Hampshire. All these small state games either border eachother or are in close approximately hr or two away. New England got its name from when the people of England invaded all of the states mentioned so it basically comes with history and region.
I'm so lucky to have been born in New England. It really is one of the most beautiful regions of the US. Boston is such a nice city to visit for a weekend trip. Every summer I make an effort to see a Sox game and the drive in is always so nostalgic.

There’s not much trash in the middle of the streets, but there’s trash on the sidewalks. I would say it’s just as dirty as an average city. There are just some parts of Boston that are cleaner than others

Nice work. Love your content. If you ever get a chance, say you stay in Punta Cana or something, do one in Santo Domingo. Wear your seatbelt and maybe even a helmet and be aggressive. We Dominican drivers are crazy :-)

This is one of the place I want to go someday. I want to discover so many things in the world and that includes Boston. I think it's a very interesting place... Just like what I've read in Colleen Hoover book; It Ends With Us. The two main character loved Boston and so I am inspired to go there
A suggestion from my experience driving into Boston especially if you want to hang around is drive on a sunday morning between 7 or 8 am. You beat the heavy traffic it never fails compare to Monday-friday. Still getting to see more.

I was brought up 3 cities North of Boston but choose to live in the North End Seaport District. Very walkable. Never personally seen a rat or the feces of such. Food is delectable and of high quality and the sights of the beginnings of the U.S. are everywhere. Boston is expensive, taxed to the hilt, fully questionable of honest representation. My brother (also in Boston) had a great T Shirt that said "Boston Cops...Biggest Gang in Town." Our way of complaining. Please take another look. We have our problems as well as all States but we have much to offer......including TRAFFIC! Just say'in. Please take another look. Blessings!

I noticed alot development has been done when I drive through. If you go into the lower neighborhoods it will look totally different. Brighton allston have alot of development especially in the Boston landing.

I noticed alot development has been done when I drive through. If you go into the lower neighborhoods it will look totally different. Brighton allston have alot of development especially in the Boston landing.

Amazing videos - I am brazilian , first time in Usa I was 15 years old - I felt like i jump 20 - 30 years ahead in time. Your videos everybody felt as your passenger seat - Well recorded - quality of images ( not shaking ) very smooth driving - me and my dogs enjoy a lot !
