Jamaica was so youthful here and when she competed in Miss Universe in 2004 she was a finalist she was very sophisticated there. Jamaica was young and youthful in Miss World and a woman and sophistication in Miss Universe.

The winner doesn't look like a Miss World to me... They just crowned her as a favor, and it's sad because they took away the chance of the next year's representative of Israel who ended up as a finalist in Miss World 1999 and was undoubtedly more deserving than Lionor.
