One of my most favourite places you did the Intro - Balcon de Mediterraneo, it's wonderful around there isn't it. That's the thing about Beni, especially Old Town, loads of places to explore, find and enjoy - an amazing place, not even scratched the surface yet haha.
You were walking near Cafe India and it's where we cut through to the Prom and decide which way we are gonna go, I love that prom. Supposed changes are being planned with Benidorm Council to improve the Promenade (beginning with lighting) and other things happening over the long term.
Curry Leaf - Favoured drink - Cobra Lager, a major love I have are those pot warmers with the candle underneath, they are dinky and ace Lee. The dishes looked incredible, vibrant colours, well presented and looked so delicious, I may have to add this venue on our next visit, thanks for sharing Lee, take care pal.

Recommendation time. For a Sunday lunch that’s fabulous go to the Admiral Nelson in Braunston Northants. You’ll need to book. As boaters we’ve had many lunches around the canal system & this is the best. Choose the Admirals Roast. Let us know when you’re going & will give you a trip on our boat.

But not a realistic average price. Maybe pass on starter / nan / couple of pints ect..plus you had 2mains, so in all it would reduce in price xx

Love Cobra beers. I also love a good fiery curry like chicken vindaloo or beef madras. I’ve had Phail in the past and it blew my head off. Cool video. Make a point come to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 try a Indian Curry that’s only available in Scotland you can’t get it anywhere else. It’s called Chasni and it’s normally a Chicken Chasni that is a curry with a kind of sweet & sour sauce. It’s absolutely lovely. You should try and do this next time you decide to visit Scotland.

That food looked really good. I would usually go straight for a vindaloo myself, or a phaal if available but that's not for everybody and I would never advise anybody to try stuff like that unless they know what they're letting themselves in for. The thing with curry restaurants is there's usually something for everyone and it's always fun to go with a group, and while the basic dishes are similar from restaurant to restaurant the flavours are often quite different, and that keeps it interesting, and if you go home with a doggie bag, it's always as nice or even better the next day. My favourite dish of all time though would be a plate of peri-peri prawns with rice and a green salad, and I never worry about those beady little black eyes, they're not looking back at me, they're trying to figure out where you are Lee 😆

Lovely looking food there buddy. Onion Bhaji looked amazing. Always my go to starter. Masala looked great. Bhuna looked lovely too. Only thing I'm confused about is why was the Bhuna spicy? I've had many a Bhuna over the last 20-30 years and they shouldn't be that much spicier than a masala. They're normally a mild dish so a bit on the confused by that to be honest mate.
As for the beer, I love both Cobra and Kingfisher but given the choice, I'll always go with Cobra. It's just got a slightly more crisp and refreshing taste to it. 9.5/10 for me Lee and thanks for the video👍🙂

It's tempting to get carried away in a curry house, but if I could eat it all then (clears throat).

Idea! I think you should do the odd 'Macmaster Lucky Dip' video. Saw a guy on tele about 30 years ago go to a location, ask 6 people what he should do there, then roll a dice and whatever it lands on, do the corresponding thing.
So if you went to Blackpool, ask 6 people what you should do, go see, eat etc then roll a dice. If it lands on say a 2 and the 2nd person you asked said go to eat at the tea room on the Pier, then you go to the tea room on the Pier, and so on. If you rolled a 5 and the 5th person said go to the Waxworks, you go to the Waxworks. It would be great if you want to do a very random food review in a random place. 🤔

Paid partners, like MacMaster, choose whether to have ads. And the number and where to put them - mid-rolls etc. Can't blame 'em as that's their living. However, some dont, like Beard Meats Food. You won't find ads littered throughout his videos so as not to ruin the viewing experience and flow.

Kingfisher. I don't mind cobra but the draft at our local curry house is always flat so we go for the big bottles of kingfisher (probably a deliberate tactic by the owner as we spend more on the bottles lol).
I'm not a sharer. Not opposed to sharing but I usually go for something far spicier than the ppl im eating with want to try.
And don't be such a big girl's blouse over the bhuna, it's mild 😂

I fancied a chicken tikka masala after watching this video but Indian restaurants are completely absent from the restaurant scene in central Romania ☹️ however, since I'd bought a pack of thick chicken breast fillets in Lidl on Monday, I ordered a jar of Sharwoods tikka masala cook-in sauce from an online shop which sells various products to keep us Brits happy! My order was delivered this morning (Yorkshire teabags, Branston piccalilli, Pataks black bean and red pepper cook-in sauce, some Batchelors Cuppa Soups for snacks and of course the tikka masala cook-in sauce). I know it probably won't be as authentic as Lee's meal but at least it will satisfy my desire for some Indian food.
Oh, and the online store had a 50% off promotion so I'll probably have enough for three meals costing around €5 each!
