I remember you saying in your last video that for hair algae you switched off lighrs and fertilizers for a week and giving food to fish in little amount, but does that not impact plants having no lights co2 and fertz for a week?

the general rule of thumb is to go for a at least 8000 - 11000 K with RGB enhanced
