I grew up listening to Mike Ahern. The only real memory I have of Ahern is A print ad that said you could get X number of books for only 1 cent. Of course the small print said what they would really nail you for the books. I ordered the allotted number of books and mailed in my penny with my order and wrote my fake name, "Mike Ahern". Sorry Mike! It was before what my parents had taught me kicked in. I think I still have one of the books. It was the 1st book I ever read cover to cover.
