Omg, this is the best glueless closure sew-in I've come across. I'm going to try this method on a client today 👌🏾. Thank you so much for this, and you are truly gifted ❤️.
Thank you . I keep telling the stylist where I live this is how I want it . Nice and basic. Melted and lord jesus no ugly ass baby hair. Im so jealous this was a perfect install And they insist on using glue . I despise glue . Don't get me wrong ebin lace adhesive the black can is good but the way I sweat only last 3 days and I have to reapply I use that when i do my glueless wigs . Lol I know backwards but I like that extra hold and melt. More then what the back band can provide. But I been wanting a closure sew in. To last me longer and so when I sweat ( I'm a big girl I sweat alot) I don't have to worry about any lifting on the glue getting sticky and sticking to my bonnet . I used to get my closure sew ins old school like this back in the day best sew in I ever had. Closure did push back but that was after a month . And all I needed was just a touch up my hair would last 2 months. But I moved out of state and the girl disappeared off Social media once I moved back to where I was originally at. I don't know what happened to her . But I got a sew in for my birthday last year and mind you it had been years since I got a sew in because the stylist in my area sucked . And she tried this new method on me with glue and she did a bald cap and net for a sew in ? Wtf mind you thankfully im blessed with a head full of thick hair . And I never needed that stuff in that past. But I went along with it. Because sometimes changing stuff isn't always bad. But that was the worst sew in I ever had . It literally looked good for one day and the next day my closure was lifting glue was sticky and sticking to my bonnet. I had to go back to her the next day to re glue it down. Still lifted and it was a mess not melted at all . My lace was white and crusty and some type of.little black dots on my lace it was not melted at all . By week 2 the tracks on the left side of my head were literally popping loose. Mind you im very basic with my hair . I don't do no updos or tight styles. I don't put no heat on my hair . I flexi rod it gently making sure not to pull the hair and closure to much I wear my bonnet every night. And it was a hot ass mess . And oh she cut my tracks all up on 700$ hair I purchased and ruined the hair and closure . Cutting everything because i kept having to go back to her for her to so call fix my hair. After payiny her 300$ for the sew in . I went to her because she had a big following and her pictures looked decent . But that shit must have been photoshopped. The foundation on my sew in was a mess she literally started braid way up high in the back of my head, instead of low by the nap And did a big circle . My dumb as trusted her because i dont know much about hair and she was really nice but never again . Anyways sorry if this was all over the place and long but I had to get this off my chest . Ugh I wish you were in my area😢 these girls I'm my area claim their the shit and i have literally went to multiple stylist and the sew ins are shit . Thats why I just started getting my hair washed and just braided down and installing my own glueless wigs . Because thats all i trust then to do all their other work is a mess. Because I'm sick of throwing away money. It's like these new age so called stylist can't do shit without glue I hate it . I'm literally going to have to.start traveling out of state to get my hair done . I see you book in Chicago that's 6 hours from me I might have to take a trip im dead ass
Oh wow , what city do you live in???? I’m sorry you been experiencing that. Yeah this technique is old school. You had to be there before lace glue/baby hairs lol. I mean they can still learn, it’s not that hard. My sewins last 2-3 months if you decide to come see me at least it would be worth the trip. The only thing is the closure slides back at the 3week mark. I been noticing my clients say the people with the most followers be trash. 😩 Here I am with only 6k followers , I’m patient tho and I stay booked. 🙌🏽 God, had something big for me coming. On the other hand girly, I’m wishing you luck with your hair. I’ll be in Chicago in May 8th-15th come see me! 🫶🏽
@@ShareeRiley@ShareeRiley oh wow I'm so happy you responded. You definitely deserve more followers. I live in Lexington Kentucky. So about 6 hours away . Are there any other dates you will be in Chicago this year ? And do you sell hair. I normally use 4 bundles and a closure. I like my sew in to be full. I like 4 24 inch bundles and normally do a 20-22inch closure . If so what are your prices. And do you include wash, shampoo and blow dry . I checked out your Chicago booking link. But was wondering about if you included the wash and which of the hair vendors you recommended has the best hair and what's the link to buy from them . Also would I book the illusion sew in with lace closure? . Also do you do take downs and wash the bundles and closure and re install ? Sorry for so many questions and thanks so much for your reply ❤ I also followed you on Instagram. My name is denisethelibra If it's easier to reply on there . I don't be on there much so that's why my page is plain . Thanks so much ❤
This came out so bomb! I am speechless. I recently got a sew in with leave out. But it’s summer time and my hair is not cooperating. So I bought a closure. I’m going to try this technique today! Cause I know in this heat the glue ain’t it!
This is amazing! So pretty and flat! I guess the drawback is you can't do that pushed back hairline look with the closure in the front. Still, looks like it will really last! I would get curly hair and rock it like it was mine lol curly and straight styles. How will they know lol?
im planning on doing my sew in this weekend and the bundles are 26, 24, 22, and the closure is 20... what bundle do I start with when I begin to sew at the bottom?
Possibly, I could see it looking natural, the only thing that’s concerning me would be the texture difference between the weave and the clients natural hair.
Question what does the net/cap do? Ive had plenty of sew ins and they hair dressers ive gone 2 have never used one on me. Btw you slayed this sew in girl.
@ShareeRiley Ok thank you for the information. Is there a certain way to sew the cap/net down (either type of net) if so can you explain please thank you.
I'm working on it, bae. Right now I do provide hair with installation. We're expanding a lot. promise to have this out soon because I know people want to purchase in different states.
Hey, just wanted to know if your glueless tutorial is still available? I’ve tried to look on your page and website but I didn’t see anything there. I’d love to learn how to do them x
Great Question a lot of my clients do leave their Sew ins up for 2-4months. Tbh a lot of people may not wash it or do it one time. You would have to come plenty saturated the Sew in when I do maintenance I use tail comb to scratch the scalp and I use a liquid that made just for sew in to bring freshness to the scalp along with shampoo. Use my fingers to try to get in there still . Conditioner on the hair then sit under the dryer
I have seen a similar method however the stylist used a different color thread so if the client flipped the hair you would not see it. The stylist also went under with the thread so you would not see the thread at any angle. I would be upset after buying HD and I see thread.
I know the under method as well, I stopped using as often. Black thread is black thread anything else would show and My clients love this and I have 5 clients that come back every month and get it done over. I’ve gotten no complaints this way. No thread with show on any closure I do.

Can you do that with a free part closure? I’m allegoric to glue due to eczema and I can’t wear weaves like I use to when I had a relaxer.
Unfortunately, this Sewin is only suitable for a distinct parting. If you wanted a free parting look you may need use a band.
