I worked at different locations of the Burger Pit and for the Berger family for 15 years when I was younger. I loved it! Paul and his father Al were great guys and always treated employees well. Enjoy your retirement Paul. 🙂
It is sad to see all of these places shutting down, but no one can keep up anymore.
The big corporations can. Keep voting blue
No one can keep up with bad Democrat policies, that is.
My guess is the $20 hour forced wage was the last straw.

@@dereksue4877 it absolutely does
I know all good things must come to an end but I just hate seeing mom and pop local restaurants stores or whatever the business may be closing I try and frequent local businesses whenever possible. Happy retirement.
$5.75 for a half pound bacon cheese burger... it is sad, "fast food" ain't that cheap
Democrats did it
What's nuts it's that probably the best price you'll find for a half pound bacon cheeseburger in the area, even McDonalds double QP with cheese is over 6 bucks.

Another victim of socialism.
The only socialism I’m concerned about are the constant tax breaks for billionaires and corporations.
