I had/have the same fears as Jackie. Being trapped in a grocery line, the hairdresser, dentist, or flying..driving, but only on the busy freeway. Not being able to get out! I had it for 10 years, then I learned (on my own) how to float or flip the switch. Out of the blue 8 years ago while chatting with someone in a car, I had an attack, and I tried to stop it! BIG MISTAKE now it's back. I started drinking coffee a year ago, and the attacks are more frequent. Anyway, thanks for the video. )

How about anticipation anxiety, mine is automatic and insane and irrational!!! Ugh!!
