    Completely false information, you can actually stop and reverse most cases of myopia. I've experienced this first hand. Check people like Mark Warren and Jake Steiner, and their huge community. I know it's hard to believe and seems too good to be true. I was skeptical as well. All I can say is that it won't hurt to at least try their methods for a while.

      I'm always suspicious when someone that's only studied one path says that all other paths are wrong or impossible. They only study one path so they're oblivious to all the other paths that may have benefits as well.

      @@luminous6969 i was 20/20 my entire life. then i was measured at 20/30 during an appointment at an eye store. i went from 20/30 to 20/20 in 3 days though. Turned out drinking 10 beers and 6 shot of Jack Daniels while getting 2 hours sleep the night before makes my sight worse. The next day after the appointment i played basketball outside all day, got 8 hours sleep, and consumed zero alcohol. Magically, I measured at 20/20 the next day. Our vision fluctuates weekly, daily and even hourly. A 1 time measurement by an optometrist is not adequate. Getting a 1 time measurement and then having some DOC say "it'll only get worse the rest of your life" is crazy talk.

    when i was 6 i got my girst pair of glasses. i didn't have any kind of treatment to try and slow down the progression until i was 11. Now at 26 my right eye is -7.25 and my left is -8.75. my eyesight is considered "stable". but they started giving me glasses to over correct my vision. so i have 20/21

    • @akhilkohli8861
      @akhilkohli8861 Год назад

      Omg -8.75 is too much can you recognise people without glasses? I've -3.5 and it's difficult for me to see people at a distance I can't even see across a small field, I'm 26 too & recently I got free from an important phase of my life and now I want to take care of my health, i wish I can restore my vision. What do you do to take care of your eye?

    • @adrawley
      @adrawley Год назад +1

      @akhilkohli8861 I'm not sure what you mean by too much? I don't not wear my glasses. i have prescription sunglasses and blue shade glasses now. (not a luxury i had growing up) if for whatever reason i don't have my glasses on for a moment yes i can usually recognize people. There is no fixing my eye sight. it's just not possible. I take care of my eyes by wearing my glasses, staying away from smokers (nothing against them just bad for the eyes, especially cuz i'm super allergic to cigarettes) and using allergy and moisturizing eye drops.
      I will say though, during the pandemic my glasses broke. But in case you didn't know eye care isn't considered "essential". 😒 and my prescription was "out of date" so i couldn't order new glasses. so for about a month i couldn't wear my glasses. Until finally i found somewhere to take my lenses out and put them in a temporary frame. Then i still had to wait 2 more months before i had an appointment. And of course you have to wait for your new glasses to come in. Needless to say. i wasn't really happy at the time

      As an adult I went from 3.75 and 4 to now 4.5 and 5.5, yet optimist say o your eyes stop growing around 18. I'm rarely outside and develop software for a living. If my eyes stopped growing at 18 why is my eyeball continuing to elongate. I'm starting to think they have no idea what is going on and just push lenses and surgery. I'm sure it's a lack of sunlight and bad habits that got me here. I'm going to try this method I keep hearing of gradual reductions and more out door time. I'm so tired of this disorder with no reasonable cures. Even prk can have disastrous out comes for life.

      @@freedomfighter-1776 Yeah, kinda right. Lots of factors, but optios do make money by pushing glasses and contacts so its advantegious to give you glasses.
      See, even if you don't need glasses, they will sell it to you.
      There have been dentists who went to jail for life because over the years they basically told people they have stuff they need to do to their teeth like cavities root canals etc when they didn't. I had same thing. But they can get away withthis because people have no idea what's going on.
      Optios don't know a lot either, except whats in the textbook.
      Its really scientists and the pharma mafia that stops from a cure being develloped - because they make billions of dollars from this. Iamgine you cure one person, they stop buying glasses, stop making visists, stop buing contacts, stop everything. Its not advantegios to get a cure.
