Rochester, NY here. You’re a great salesperson. I’m getting more and more excited to visit next year with a expected move date of 2026

I was wondering about the water sewage setup thingy..Do you have to build your own? What do we have to do?

Water is usually either one of three: city water, your personal well, or a neighborhood/subdivision community water. If you're buying an existing home, the well should have already been set up. I would definitely have it inspected/tested before purchasing.
Septic is either city or your own personal septic. Again, that should have already been installed. I would definitely inspect before purchasing the home.
Both well and septic can be installed. It is expensive, but it can be done!
I'm here if you have other questions!

Are there any homes that have two homes on the property in Your part of North Carolina?

We do have those-in areas with bigger lots. Acre plus lots for sure. Are you looking for multi-generational or for Airbnb, Work studio etc?
