Great video ! Thank you… Soo helpful ! I’m from Buffalo , NY & I’m with you on the buildings & old trees ! I need that . My daughter moved to Raleigh / Durham & I’d like to be closer. But that area is pricey, not very walkable ( I don’t drive !) , tons of pine trees & not lots else it seems, & almost no good architecture ! A lil like a giant strip mall ( sorry Triangle area … no I haven't seen all of you. You have great medical facilities, nice people, good food & vibrancy but tons of traffic ). Greensboro is more my speed & oh ! A park downtown , too …. & annual folk festival ? And amazing food & mild winters ? Hello !
I enjoy watching your videos😄. I do like seeing the beautiful architecture too. The trees help add to the scenery. I really notice how few people are walking around while your filming. That’s a plus for me… not crowded ☺️
I'm glad you like them! The architecture really does it for me. There are more people downtown at later in the day and definitely at night - I was filming earlier in the day before it got too hot 😃
Don't forget.....Hanging Rock, Guilford Court House Battlefield, High Rock Lake... also the wonderful city and county parks....got to make another video on those you missed. LOL
Oh thank you so much Amanda! Charlotte is great too- a much bigger city, with a lot more expense. I think Greensboro has the best of both worlds, just on a smaller scale. Come and visit!
Hi ma'am! I'm coming to UNCG for my Masters from Nigeria next year. I would love for you to guide me ma'am 🥹. I was a bit scared earlier because RUclips started recommending to me news on the crimes in Greensboro, but your videos make Greensboro look like a beautiful and safe place to live.
You will love it here! There are only pockets where there is crime- but it is like that everywhere. I can help you navigate Greensboro, and don't fret. It's a great place to live.
Coming from Texas, these Greensboro summers are really mild, a good 10-15 degrees cooler than here, so I'm really looking forward to it! The winters sound much colder than here, so we are looking forward to seeing snow and all four seasons! Finally a Christmas without running the air-conditioner!
You might be able to answer this. Where is the Birthplace home of First Lady Dolly Madison? I thought it was in the little Park in Downtown but I could never find it. Great video, I've filmed a few videos here as well. It's a great city. North Carolina is filled with great places to film.
I did a video on President Andrew Johnson's birthplace in Raleigh a few months ago. It's always the videos you work the hardest on that gets no views lol. Oh well! I love your channel. It's always great seeing a beautiful woman who also knows her stuff.

You're so sweet. Thank you!
Really like your videos! My family is moving to Charlotte but I’m seriously considering Greensboro area. Something about it that just seems so lovely.

This was a great question! I must be honest - I had a google it - it's located on W Market street near Guilford College -- How cool is that?
@@LivingInGreensboroNC That is cool and thanks. I'm always down to do Historical Political history.
