    Hey Tom!
    Im 15 years old and at the start of this year I began stretching after i stumbled across your 20 minute full body mobility routine. This routine made me realise how inflexible I was, I couldn't even touch my toes! However, during the quarantine period I stretched frequently, once to twice a day and your videos have helped me so much with my flexibility and mobility. I just completed this routine and i am so proud of myself. Thank you for everything and congrats on 500k!

    dammn, this really show me how much my flexibility has improved over the last 2 years i follow the channel :)
    2years ago I was a 30 year old man trapped in what seemed a 70 year old body, mobility wise. I could hardly do any of the stretches in the first flexibility follow-along video you made.
    Now with help of chiropractor, osteopath, daily stretching, yoga and excersise I feel really good and in shape for the first time in like 10 years.

    Really cool exercises if you can do it. I am still really fat that these are like doing gymnastics for me :). But my goal is to be fit by the end of the summer, so I can do stuff like this. I am so serious that I even got a personal trainer and personalized meal plan from Next Level Diet.

    • @anaquintero12

      You aren't going to be fit at the end of summer . It's going to take a couple years .sorry but people think four months is enough ..people need to understand it takes a lot of time . But you'll make it if you fall in love with it.

    • @Leadership_matters
      @Leadership_matters Год назад +3

      While true that you may not be "fit" by the end of summer, you will feel significantly better after consistently exercising and eating a healthy diet. Your strength and flexibility will increase significantly and you may see some serious changes in your numbers. Setting fitness as your goal may be a great goal but a way off in the distance. Instead, try setting your goal as consecutive days of healthy living. Weekly wins.

I have been rigid with them (6-7 days a week) just before starting slow travel through India, along with some calisthenics and mindful eating and weight improved from 72 kg to 61 kg (weight was 75 kg at the beginning of last year) and smart watch is telling me that fat decreased from 19.9% to 13.5%. I am looking forward to further changes, but already extremely satisfied. THANK YOU TOM & THE TEAM! 🙏

    I loved your class. It was very easy to follow even for a beginner like myself. You have a great ability to connect to your viewers and make them feel like they’re actually taking a class with you. Thank you and I hope you keep making these. :)

    Cars cannot run if the engine is cold. It needs to be warmed up before running the car. Polishing your skills and strength is just as essential. Thank you for your great videos Mr. Tom!

    Well Tom...I am very very happy for you! I'm glad that you reached half million subs, that's definitely a thing to be happy about! I wasn't present online lately but be assured I still watch all your videos faithfully. You inspired me to get my flexibility on point, when your channel had like 5k subs. And I've been following you ever since. Really glad to see you become a staple in the youtube bodyweight fitness scene. Keep the awesome work coming!

    There are some wickedly classic stretches in here...convinced my wife to try the routine and she went into spasms with the pike...one of the few movements that I can do and she can't. Thanks, Tom!

    You look like you hate this so much, which makes this routine even more amazing 😂 I’m really flexible (mostly genetics), but sometimes feel like my limbs are just loose noodles because of lack of strenght. This routine is great for building that strenght into our flexibility. Thank you and keep up the good work!

    I do this on my rest day from the gym. I do the 15 min ones 3 other days. I have massively improved my mobility and flexibility after just a few months. My lifts have gotten noticingly better as well. 👍

    I am discovering your work… And I am so grateful for it - I have been avoiding mobility and flexibility work, but your approach and guidance I make it clear and effective. Thank you for helping me better care for my body 🙏🏼
