Soya chunks do not need so much of boiling. Only by soaking in hot water they become soft. I never found them bitter as told here in the video. Before cooking don't forget to squeeze the water from the chunks.

I think non- branded soya chunks might be bitter or even north side & Mumbai side soya may differ.. I’m frm Bombay & never hv I eaten bitter soya chunks. Even d loose - unbranded 1 s r so tasty & soft.
