I was so glad to hear about the screw above the glove box latch. That made all the difference. Not certain why that screw is there because the clips hold the center woodgrain panel tight anyway. Thanks

Thank you! Your video gave me the confidence to do this myself. However the steps are correct, but nowhere as easy as you make it look.
The dash face hangs on for dear life. It is not easy to "pop" it out by releasing the clips. It took me over an hour to get it off the car without damaging it.
These clusters have the solder on backside that cracks with age, but can be fixed by remelting solder.
Cool, I have a 2007 Buick Lacrosse that the DIC display that has become intermittent. I have been looking for a video that shows how to properly remove the trim to gain access to the instrument cluster. Thanks!
