So in this case, 7th house which is Leo. I saw some astrologers talking about it and said it affects 1st house, 12th house, and 7th house in this Aqauarius ascendant case. Thank you!
Personally I read the transit and aspects from Capricorn in this case. Also keep in mind the energy of the house it is retrograde in will be brought into that previous house. So in this case the transit will be read as Saturn carrying 1st house energy into the 12th house. Then Saturn will aspect the 2nd, 6th, and 9th houses. I also explain all of this in the video.
