This product is not for standard indian homes 1) Expensive 2) Consumes more time to make a full meal as each time to be made one by one. Homes have multiple burners and separate grinder. 3) What about items like chapati/rotis ? Need to have stoves 4) More cost of operation ( this is a 1000w product). This is a hobby product. Or can be kept is premium hotel rooms/homestays etc......
An appliance which can wash, peel and dice vegetables automatically (and also self-clean) will be more useful. Cooking is very easy task if all the ingredients are readily available. Peeling shallots is one big task.
This does self clean too, well - almost 70% cleaning. Last rinse has to be done by us. Check the basics video on this appliance I had done a few months ago 😊
It is not about only cooking, it is about Ai and not standing in the heat of kitchen, unless required. Sanjeev Kapoor also has a version of this, though expensive, it sends you notifications on mobile when you have to act or add ingredients. That time could be spent on doing other things.
I feel this is just the start. I think the benefit is not just helping with the cutting, but also access to be able to do such a variety without much of a learning curve.

However due to space issue planning to keep them in utility area. Do I need to cover the balcony for safety of appliances? any other idea as I want to have air circulation in the area. TIA.
Hi Shweta, no problem as such as long as it does not get direct rain water and too much heat. Also look for rat issues, but most washing machines come with rat mesh these days. I myself have kept mine in the utility for last 10-12 years - it’s not covered too and I’ve not had issues so far 🤞
The rubber gaskets on these appliances are sensitive to sunlight and so is the plastic, you need to make some shade so that direct sunlight dont hit them
If you are an avid cook, I don’t think this would be too useful- except maybe for trying out new recipes. But if you are not, then this is very useful. Taste is quite good too.
Cooking is actually a science and little bit of art. This type of device will ensure you don't need to wait for mom / wife to cook - you can proudly be the better cook yourself.
