I am a retired LEO for 28 years I enjoy watching you and your family, I didn't have the time to spend with my children while working 60 to 80 hours a week mostly on night shift. I did teach them to hunt and fish and catch and clean turtles. My children are likely as old as you maybe more, my4 grandchildren are older than your kids. We all laugh at your outdoor times I was on the floor laughing when you tried to catch the turtle.

It is very interesting how in Oklahoma you guys are able to bait the deer and we can't here in Missouri. You have to pull the food plots two weeks before the hunt
Awesome shopping spree! We have to hunt off the ground when we hunt at our property cause of flat land and too many neighbors. I’d much rather hunt on the ground so I prefer hunting at my parents.
Yeah Luckily there’s no houses in the direction we will be pointing towards. We finally got some deer coming in during the daytime so the kids are excited
ALL bagged corn has tripled in price from even last year! I was at TSC 3 weeks ago and they were totally OUT of whole corn, only had cracked. And that was still $9.90!
I have to ask, Did Kason spend his money on that "game" or get something different ( I know what it was LOL) Kids can be stubborn I know! 🤣 and it can be made in to a child friendly game also, like who can get the most balls in etc. Buts I have to say, y'all are the BEST parents. I love that Brandon let's the children help him put things together no matter how tedious it may be or given he could do it much faster and is so patient with them! You do NOT see that very often. We feel it is never too soon to teach them to hunt for food. Of course I will be there with the kids the whole time. Leighton knows his gun safety and if Kayson wants to I will help him.

I'd leave the cedar trees alone, the deer will like it better. They can get spooky without some cover. The young bucks will come in though.

Yes it takes a 6V battery. I am in the process of make a step by step video of putting the feeder completely together.

What I notice you have not looking for signs of Dear like buck scrap Dear path an 💩 That way you know you have Dear near the spot you want to hunt at
We know we have deer around this area. We have another feeder right around the corner and our trail cameras show them coming from this area.
Those kids to little to hunt deer.have you teach your children porper way to handle gun.your oldest. BOy might be old enough to go on the hunting trip
