02:45 3.5L short handles, I cannot find it on the KR website??? Also, Is it possible to replace the valve housing on the Neo for the Stainless steel of the Inox instead of the cheaper looking plastic?
I contacted the customer service number and had the displeasure to talk to "Katie." Not sure she gave her right name. She answered the phone on 12/20/23 and did not want to help and kept telling me to read the description for the product although my question was not addressed there. She refused to help and had the nastiest attitude. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she said there is no supervisor. Wow for such a costly product , there is no customer service BEFORE you buy a product, imagine when you actually buy it, any problems you are on your own and lose your money!!

I had a similar experience a few months ago, maybe a year now, and that put me off purchasing KR items. We were re-doing our boat galley and KR appeared to have all the cooking ware we would need in a quality and classy style. Now this might be a cultural difference as in N. America we seems to need more of a holding hand to the purchase process while in like Switzerland the process is more independent. Still if they want the Canadian market they should adapt even more if they want to conquer the USA market. We are now using our set from our previous boat and still looking. Hence my comment above. Finally I find the website a bit misleading: Odd or Even capacity, long or short handles, well according to the website, no. The short videos between the different models actually show long, short handles not caring for the Even/Odd Liter capacity. So from a customer point of view, it is all quite confusing. If I go for the spec I get different information from the video, If I go for the model numbers the the videos are not showing the model I am interested in. Unfortunately the above mined my confidence in KR being who they claim to be. Beautiful products but if the QA is anything like the web information and YT videos, I cannot risk it. Time is money. I have already invested a few hours to learn the information is not honest.
Can you sell us replacement blades for the peelers? We don't mind if they cost just as much as a new peeler. But throwing out plastic all the time just doesn't feel right / like the 21st century.
Thank you for the comment. Our DUROMATIC® Pressure Cookers are all Made in Switzerland. In this case, there is an error on the website, which we will correct.
We have the 7L and the frying pan 2.5L models, and wouldn't be without them. They've paid for themselves with all the electricity we've saved over the years.

Are they better than the Fissler?

We do not currently offer spare parts for this. However, we will be happy to check this internally, thank you for letting us know.
@@KuhnRikonChannel Is this still work-in-progress or what's the outcome?
Nice investment for kitchen
Maria says these are made in Switzerland. I read on the website it was designed in Switzerland but made in China.

We have three, and all are definitely made in Switzerland.

Interesting. Which size would you recommend for 2 people? I'm looking at 4 liters or 6 liters.
@@petermaier3725 Probably 4L, unless you do big batch cooking. The larger sizes do take up a lot of storage space.
@@jonlouis2582 Thanks for your reccommendation!
@@petermaier3725 1L per person...
