Sir how did you removed black background after importong this GEE tif image to ArcGIS
Import the tiff file and also shapefile boundary in ArcMap. Then go to Spatial Analyst tool then click to Extraction then click to Extract by Mask. Here input the raster imagery as a tiff file and features input as a boundary shapefile then click to okay. Then it will be work.
