i love this vid. not corny at all. i like the idea that you're getting out there. the art becomes alive by an individual's actions and their thought behind each technique. whether they can express the same beauty as the sun setting, or a calm ocean, or tree of forests is the main concept in anything and everything.. spiritually that is.

Thats good keep tricking do not stop some advice with the back flip start learning gainers side and slant gainers and eventurally before you know it you will be going backwards take your time do not rush it it will come with practice
Learning tricking is really easy if you learn the right techniqe to each trick the key is repetitions how hard are you willing to train and learn it. There really is not a time table granted some people have natural ability to pick up things while other have a hard time. All I can tell you is train hard to overcome you own anate abilites and break through your limitations it is not impossible
Sesh, even while others are doing triple corks, triple b-twists, etc, still has to be the most respected tricker in the world. He deserves it. epic vid.
I love this art. I feel utter sadness that I can't practice it to the extent I want due to MANY injuries I've sustained from things totally unrelated to tricking. I will go as far as I can, but i'll never be able to do the things shown in this video.
it is the search of expanding the limits of human body to the unimaginable...the proof that we are more than just a pair of legs, a pair of arms and a head...we are even more, and we can do whatever we want... Tricking is like shouting 'we do exist'
@DemonKingMMA I agree with you sess is the one tricker who can take a simple basic tricks and combos but them together and look good if not better than someone doing big huge tricks doublecorks triple etc. Thats skill and talent
@dasuberkinchen I agree. I have all the respect in the world for guys that can triple cork or twist. But tricking should be more than that as well, it's also about kicks, style, and individuality. I've never met this Sesh guy but from the videos I've seen he is by far the most creative not just the guy that can cork the best.
you just got to try harder the next day, what happened to you is common because you think you've mastered it by landing it during one day, but the next day your muscles are tired (because learning the trick takes too many attempts). while learning i recommend you to practice skipping one day in between and trying to get it higher or faster each day you practice, never get too confident about yourself.

I'd have to say that to understand the true beauty of tricking, the only way to do it is if you do it yourself. there's nothing like lifting your body in the air and feeling force and power drive you up

soo true.. but one thing.. a real tricker tricks and practices on grass like how it meant to.. it feels soo much better and rewarding i regret practicing at gyms..
in an actual fight u can combine moves from stuff liek tae kwan do or karate with the acrobatics but liek capoiera Tricknig is more recreational then for fighting but that's not to say it can't be used, capoeira can be a fighting style and so can Tricknig.

I agree Anis has excellent technique and height but sess is so creative it would be a really good battle you can not go wrong with either one.
