I can't believe the AP would make this type of mistake. That's not Duong Van Minh. The guy in the video is about 5'8." Minh was 6 feet. Minh's face was entirely different. Minh's hairline in 1968 was much lower. Minh kept his hair short all his life, and in 1968, he parted it closer to the middle. The guy in the video looks like General Tran Van Don.
