Again, thank you. These are important and so life changing. Can you share what waves this is recorded at? Delta, Theta, Alpha?
It is theta! 💕
Delta, Theta, Alpha, what do they mean?
They're brainwaves. They're related to the brain activity and level of consciousness/awareness too.
Delta waves ocurre when we're unconscious or in deep sleep.
Then we have Theta waves, these occure when super relaxed, for example when sleepy or meditating.
Then Alpha waves are those which occur when awake but in a relaxed/normal way (daily life)
We also have Beta and Gamma, these occur when alert and very aware of our surroundings or activities.
Fun fact: Our body heals better when our brain functions in Delta, that's why we need to rest in order to heal when sick. And when being unconscious, our brain picks up information like affirmations and visualization better, since we are not logically thinking or questioning it!
