Basic training in October wish me luck🙏
Best of luck buddy🎉🎉
okay so im 7 stone overweight but was inspired to join at the job fair today, a lot of weight too loose but now i have a clear goal in mind to aim for! gonna be watching alot of the tips here!
That’s great news. Just keep at it and you will be fine
Great video, it's been just over one year since I started basic training and all these points I have found really important. Yes you can be unfit and in the army but do you really want to be known as the unfit person in your troop. That being said its not being unfit that is bad, it is not putting effort in that is because you are not showing a willingness to improve.
@@av4rici0u55 thanks for the kind words and good bit of advice.
assessment centre tomorrow looking forward
Best of luck, don't over think it.
@@h.nry007 good luck
Have mine in a week, best of luck💪
Mines tommorow aswell, where you off?
@@joeh1553 now mines today meeting at brookwood station for 5pm then a coach is gonna take me down to pirbright
Sam have you attempted p company? I hear its excruciating difficult and fast paced. Some tips would help to prep. Thanks
@@Paden800 I went the PTI route so didn’t attempt it. Lots of my mates did and most of them passed. You just need to get on a prep course at your unit and you will be fine
I tired joining the army last year prepped myself physically and mentally for it and got turned down because I had asthma when I was 12 haha was gutted 😞
@@Mikey-lg8oo absolute nightmare. Maybe you can try again
Hey sam, I done my assessment centre and passed it but i had minor faults with my teeth so failed medically, but i was told if i get fillings then I’ll be eligible, but it took months for my dentist appointment to be set up and my army recruitment got closed because of how long it took, so im planning on getting back in contact and reopening my army recruitment so do you think id have to do the assessment centre again or will i go straight to catterick since technically i passed my assessment centre?
That’s a tough one. Hopefully they will send you straight to Catterick after a dental check
Can you provide tips on the quickest way to get out of??😊

@@MilitaryFitness is there any medical benefits like eye laser surgery in the british army after joining the military ?
@@Redearslider239 you would have to do that privately
@@MilitaryFitness it means there we have to pay there is no benefit in the army
Can you go from a soldier to an officer without all the qualifications required
@@brokendrake9828 you can yes
I'm applying to be an officer but application is still in review. I was told they'd book me to take the SCT blood test. But who knows what I should expect after this
@@nkemsionye fingers crossed for you
hey Sam i was wondering if your able to start your career as a infantry soldier then switch after a certain amount of time to a different role for the qualifications such as a engineer
@@bigmonke538 you sure can
@@MilitaryFitness i would like to also ask if you have any recommended workout routine for joining the army with about a 6 month waiting time for the assessment centre
@@bigmonke538 if you go onto my channel, I have lots of workouts with varying difficulties
My visa is pending wish me luck
