Sony should do a spiderman 4 with tobey maguire or miles morales before spiderverse live action
they should follow the model of the What If...? series.
Just have one show... call it "Tales from the Spider-Verse" and have each episode be a live action tale of a different Spider-Man character. Because each character is from a different universe it will seemingly play out like a "What If...?" episode. Then gradually towards the end of the season, connect the various characters into a crossover event. Season 2, all new characters... sprinkle in some of the old and repeat by the end of the season some kind of crossover event.
I think it could work that way, but what do I know. I just hope they get someone to do it proper and we don't get a whole series of wasted potential... following the Madame Web and Morbius models instead.
But to really a "Tales from the Spider-Verse" story proper Sony really needs the freedom from Disney/Marvel to sprinkle in some of their IP characters. For instance, a live action episode following Spider-Man 2099 will be pretty bland if you couldn't sprinkle in some live action Hulk 2099, Doom 2099, X-Men 2099, Punisher 2099, Ravage 2099 or Ghost Rider 2099 cameos.
Same with a Spider-Man: Noir or 1602 Spider-man and others. I just wish they could work out a better deal... like Sony says "Hey Disney going ahead and use our full catalog of Spider-man characters as it relates to the MCU... check with us on any alternate versions, meanwhile let us use your full catalog of alternate versions of non Spider-man characters and we'll check with you as well knowing you're in the Multiverse Saga" also "Let's work together, collaborate on a story that will be successful and split the profits accordingly.
A daily reminder that Disney could've brought Nic Cage back as older Johnny Blaze at any moment but they'd rather make the Marvels... and Wokanda Forever... and Quantumania.

This is great news, as the MCU phase whatever it is now has become the John Carter on Mars, and Sony/AmazonMGM work well together (4 of the Daniel Craig JB films were great with Sony involvement) and N2TSV & AXTSV were great and Miller/Lord are just great (LFL-Disney obviously were wrong). Being on Noir!
This sounds crazy enough to be kinda cool. I hope they don't do a bunch of shows following different spuder people, though. They should make the show an anthology series with each season following a different spider character. Season 1 follows Spider Noir. Season 2 follows 2099. Season 3 follows Miles. Season 4 follows Gwen, so on and so forth.
Idk if I'll ride with Emma Stone as Spider Gwen, I'd rather have a different person play her if they're gonna go for a younger version akin to the spider-verse variant. Unless they want to tie it with Andrew but they'll have to do quiet abit of exposition to do so.
Frank Miller's 'Sin City'...was planned, but was a good movie .
Sony hasn't given me any reason to be excited about any of their live action projects. They need to stick to animation.
