This is probably the realest evaluation of Mac I’ve seen throughout 4 weeks they dissected the problem and explained it throughly. Of course he stunk up the joint but so did in his own field, at least he put a field goal. All in all, it was his lowest game thus far in his career. These next 2 games are important for his confidence builder with in himself and his stay in New England

Make Bledsoe? Bills first year was Bledsoe eighth. He was a 3x pro bowl QB and signed a record contract before year 2. What do you mean “make” that guy? He moved to Brady over that guy who just signed the biggest deal in history. He stuck with Brady through his game manager years. He didn’t make Tom but a weird argument here. And why would the defense mind coach be the one making the offensive player? Doesn’t really line up for whatever argument this is but ok.

Or we have a number one receiver, like Justin Jefferson, with Kirk cousins as a quarterback.

As a Patriots fan I think they really did Bailey Zappe dirty all in a BS scheme just to keep Mac Jones happy and avoid controversy. First they cut him, just to put him on the practice squad. Then later on they wind up putting him back on the active roster anyway so what was the point of cutting him in the first place? I don’t even think the Patriots deserve Zappe at this point, I bet he’ll do better on another team especially provided that they are too stubborn to stick with Mac this season and don’t give Bailey Zappe a chance to prove himself.

But seriously having 3 OCs in 3 years isn’t fair enough to judge him. He needs 1 more year. He needs his GM ( whether that’s belichik or someone else next year) to go out and get him a certified number 1 receiver. Mac jones isn’t the type of guy to make these mediocre players around him better. Look at T Law and Fields, and Wilson, and those guys. They all were welcomed with elite 1 receivers like a DJ Moore and a Garrett Wilson and a Calvin Ridley
