That's Wallasey Town Hall, neglected now in favour of Birkenhead, and totally ignored by the Liverpool City Region Authority, and Wirral Council - it will probably be turned into a McDonalds or something similar

err not quite!..we can't even build a Giant sandpit ourselves..We had to go to Europe! The dock infill was carried out a dredger named The Shoalway, owned by Dutch company Boskalis. The Shoalway made more then 130 trips over 32km out into the Irish Sea to collect sand for the infilling
