No, but they have an overlap. I recommend to check out the devsecops maturity model, it helps to create mental model.
I used the devsecops for cloud as high-demand knowledge.

I honestly dont know about many free trainings. Obviously YT has many videos of various quality. I know about freecodecamp, kodecloud etc. Do you have any tips?
