Today we are making donuts this is ep 2

-500 grams of flour
-2 tsp yeast (7 grams) (instant dry yeast)
-1 tsp of salt (6 grams)
-2 tsp sugar (9 grams)
240 grams of milk (1 cup) (lukewarm milk)
-40 grams of butter (3 tbsp) room temp or microwave for 20 sec
-2 eggs
for the glaze
-400 grams of powdered sugar
-5 - 6 tbsp of milk
2 tbsp of vanilla extract if you have
for the chocolate
100 grams of dark chocolate microwave for 30 sec
I added also nuttela, I didn't have any more dark chocolate
but 200 grams of chocolate will be enough for several donuts
