Very confusing for beginners when the video uses the term "Chan" after a male speaks a phrase. When of course "phom" should be used.
Forreal it is flexible to use for Male too. Just it more suit for females
Chan is neutral

wrong pronoun is used all over
Worst audio recording, some voices become high and some become low😏😏😏
