Today I'm tackling spaghetti & meatballs. This recipe is adapted from one that I had tucked away in the warehouse with only slight modifications, and I think it made the cookies taste that much better. okay REAL TALK what's the difference between yellow onions and white onions?

Yellow onions are a bit sweeter than white onions, so they're my go to for caramelization and most sauces.
