Barella is currently one of the best midfielders in the world. He has an axceptional game vision. Aside from his goal, he saw that Calhanoglu was alone and ready to strike even though he was behind him and drops him a perfect bouncing ball that gives Calhanoglu the option of firing that rocket; later he comes dashing centrally and claims the ball from Lautaro because he sees a hole in the defense, skirts 3 players and scores; then sees Cuadrado alone on the right wing, who then has all the time to give Marcus a perfect assist. Barella was decisive in all these goals, well done.

I’d say one step behind purely because City, Bayern, and Madrid have a slightly higher quality stock of players in certain positions. But yes Inter is very clearly a top 5 team in Europe, Inzaghi and the entire club is doing amazing work.

Very clear foul on the midfield not given, but you don't remember it because Napoli did nothing. The foul on Lobotka was so relevant that it happened after the pass and he was in the penalty area defending when Inter scored. The penalty claimed by Osimhem is a clear dive, consider yourself lucky to not getting a card out of it. He was barely touched and he literally jumped on the spot as if he walked over a landmine. If you consider that dive a penalty, then the push from Di Lorenzo to Lautaro in front of Meret was more relevant (still not penalty in my book and nobody complained).
Ask yourself why your team only did 2 shots from the long distance and a confused try in the penalty area in 90'

How could you avoid passing the ball to Osihmen when there was clear chance of goal, untill all chances missed and you started loosing with 0-2 then you remember there was this guy who easily score in the frontline. I hope the new coach caution these set of players or I might be forced to come in.
I think there is an internal crisis within the team. Each player especially the attackers are playing individual game not willing to pass to Oshimhen even, when in a position to be given pass.

I can easily say this one thing, coming from a Napoli Fan, that the actual talisman who led us to the scudetto was Kim Min Jae, not Osimhen nor Kvaratskhelia. No doubt they were instrumental throughout the season but the main factor that is missing this season a solid defensive line and i am sorry to say this but this season our defending has been shambolic. How badly we are missing Kim is clearly evident this season and as a fan i have lost all my confidence this season. Let’s hope for the best though, Forza Napoli💙💙
