    I think Dr. Oliphint makes the great point that "presuppositionalism" defends an absolute idea. You have presuppose the God of the Bible not mere theism as a bridge.

    It also hints at (but doesn't develop) a relationship between apologetics and evangelism. Personally that is the important relationship that expresses our theology most consistently.

    4:35 -- he makes a great case for "presupposition" and whether stated or not, the fact that we "stand somewhere to say something" must be dealt with. The unavoidable epistemological implications of opening ones mouth, so to speak.

    I think he sometimes caricatures other apologetic methodologies and confuses the methodology with evangelism. Other scholars promoting alternative apologetic methodologies are not saying something like "Victory! Antony Flew is a theist, let's call it a day".
