It wasn’t looped for Jay it was given to them at that amount of time. They chose to drop their verses giving Jay the rest if he pleased. The fact they submitted before his verse literally proves my point as the track was sent untouched at 8+ minutes whether they knew he would or not they could have lengthened their verse if they pleased before he got on
