It's 2020 and Owls of Gahoole is still in my top 5 favorite movies just on its sheer beauty and direction. Felt like i was watching a dream unfold when watching it in IMAX in the theaters.
We need more Zack Snyder animated films.

a lot of he's movies are really good its just lot of people don't understand the concept
The only thing that's hard to understand about BvS is how Snyder managed to screw up what should have been the surest thing of the last 20 years. Snyder's movies are not going to be looked on kindly in the future. They're style-over-substance nonsense with strangely bad editing much of the time. He has a gift for framing and special effects, but he's a terrible storyteller.

Legend of the guardians is such a beautifully animated movie easily one of Zach's most underrated movies same there's not more movie's using this style of animation
Fucking Genius Director, Love all his movies, this film really feels so epic and magical when you watch it, its incredible.
Who the hell knows? The movie actually made less money than expected so I wouldn't get my hopes up for a sequel at all. Not for a long time at least. It's pretty clear that Snyder intended for a sequel to be done with how it ended and he also intended for Kludd to take over as leader of the Pure Ones in the next movie. It's really up to Warner Brothers at this point. Jim Sturgess (Soren) and Ryan Kwanton (Kludd) did say they'd love to come back for a sequel.
Its a total surprise for me with this movie it is so beautiful and so amazing!!! Altho it didn't good review????
i guess i might know what it did wasn't the best..
-maybe too many characters and it's hard for kids to remember which is which without the voice acting. But im actually fine for myself.
-Snyder doesn't like dragging, so cut and paste is fast, pretty much in all of his firms, so it will take a bit of brain to process. fine to me too for I don't like things dragging.
8.5/10 to me, i really liked it and totally surprised!!! Good work Zack NEED SEQUEL!!

It is cool that he made attacks look realistic not like we can see in some child movies in which hero is sure to win and offends villain and villain lets it instead of attacking. It is serious.

1:55 dark, you kidding?... this movie has almost nothing dark, just the color maybe, kung fu panda 2 is dark, this movie is too dark, not Ga'hoole, even Dragon is darker compared to Ga'hoole, maybe they say it's dark because it has almost no jokes, but really? Dark? Who else think this movie is dark?
