I was in Portland about a year and half ago...my first time, I'll visit again someday....it was quite lovely. It seemed very civilized....They have an extensive Public Transit system....we should all have such a light rail and bus system....plus there's a cool submarine in the river you can visit.

I work at a nursing home. This reminds me of a conversation I would have with a patient where I just nod and agree. Then I’ll ask him 3 questions that we use to verify how alert and aware the patient is. 1. Do you know what year it is?

I don't think we can do better. We are very divided and education isn't our strong suit.
