Thanks for having me on the show! Had a great time and am looking forward to seeing a lot more devs on the Helium network using the new kits!

Would love to see a very simple entry level guide on how to step up your own miner at home with this developer kit. I would imagine all you would need is a few other components to actually getting it up and running. An open air case would be great to see how it all comes together for those that DO NOT WANT TO KEEP WAITING MONTHS FOR OUR PREORDERS.. BUT LOVE BUILDING COMPUTERS AND STUFF LIKE THIS!!!!

I have just purchase my developer kit and cant wait to experiment. Being in Australia there is no Helium network yet but we have a SUPER team building the Peoples Network and I expect to see terrific coverage in all capital cities. I will be recording an unboxing of this kit on my channel..... My first experiment will be to create a tracker that monitors location, temperature and moister so I can monitor my Off Grid systems that I plan on hosting.... If anyone has already created this form of application I would love to communicate......... Very exciting...

There are no libraries available on RPI for these sensors for the moment. We encourage you to stay on tune to the upcoming modules, we are going to bring surprises for those RPI lovers. ;)

is this different from the 831 kit?

    • @MariaHernandez-kz6ow

Yes, it is completely different. With this kit you will have the opportunity to handle hardware development is an agile way. If you are interested in running LoRaWAN applications you will need to manage an external gateway to be able to handle the communication.

Please help explain what does this kit do in My mind I think this kit helps you connect a DIY rack minor to the helium
      block chain

Is it rude or kind to tell people, who's second language is English, when they are not using proper grammar?
