As an ex urbex explorer who's spent many a night in the police 🚓 cells 😅😂 which is all part of the fun 😊. Yours and hell on earths channel are honestly the most entertaining, informative, and must watch channel on RUclips , thankyou for 💯 total content. 🙏🤟👋 Keep up this excellent work lads. Oh and congratulations 🎉 on Ian's forthcoming wedding 💍💒 to the lovely Debbie xx💯
Id imagine the walls were painted with bitumen to protect them from damp rather than it being flooded with oil. Still in construction now we put 600mm on areas that are sat below ground like columns and walls etc. Likely they just spread the leftovers around when they left the site to put explorers off.
WOW! This takes me back. Last time I was on this site they were still making cement! That tumbler. I'll never forget that! Or am I getting confused with the ceramics (raw material) factory?? 🤔 It was all a long time ago. ---- Good work boys. No no. I'm right. The ceramic woks used immense crucibles.
Please take care guys, I am pretty sure the lagging on the pipe that looks like it has chicken wire wrapped around has got asbestos in it. Brilliant video and such a shame that this history is going to be destroyed
@@IKS-ExplorationLooks more like some Hydro Power installation to me.. Is there a waterway close by? Sometimes they are underground.. An Aquifer etc.. Hydro Turbines = FR33 3N3RGY too. Man. So cool. When i last went down there there was also what looked to be remains of a fort. Unearthed i guess. I found some cannonballs (or what appeared to me to be) I maaaay have taken one lol. But I knew they was going to destroy it so took my chance. Also found a hole alot closer to the river that lead to a tunnel with tracks AND more inpressivelu the carts still on them. That was about a year ago now. I expect its now buried again.
Interesting to keep an eye on housing developments and whether effort has been made to permanently fill or block the tunnels during building, can foresee issues should the contractors fail to act before folks move in to the area
NICE FIND ON THE JOB SITE FOLK , LOOKS LIKE WW2 BOMB SHELTER AND WAS THE THAT BLACK LIQUID THE SAME FUEL OIL THE ROYAL NAVY USED LIKE YOU SAW IN THE HUGE UNDERGROUND BULK STORAGE TANKS YOU AND CHRIS WENT IN 🤔 TAKE CARE FOLKS 🤘
The cement works was completely closed and knocked down eventually, from Swanscombe works all the way to Northfleet works. It's a shame you didn't get to the area a couple of years before, you would found more interesting buildings to explore.
Does N°1 fan ever have pants that fit him, while on your wonderful and informative urbex's if you're behind him while filming he's always trying to hide his plumbers gap.
College road north fleet, absolute DIVE 😂
I can’t believe that this is still remaining
35:05 Rebar in the brick walls. Quite common in brick built air raid shelters.
Love the video chaps not fare from where i live always liked walking down there thank you great video
Glad you enjoyed it

Went for a jog there the other day and the main two entrance tunnles you first went in have now been covered over with more dirt FYI.
slowly removing history
We need to go around this place without been seen, so better put the most bright orange high zip trousers on i can find !!!!
he was the contractor showing us round. obviously he didn't want to get seen and get in trouble with his boss lol
That way interesting. They should use it to storage. Have to wait a week till the next one

It's a shame that it appears they are going to just destroy so much in tact history like that those tunnels are in good shape.

This country will be overwhelmed with people by 2030 the way it is going..
