It is a joy to watch the gorgeous golden baby Robi jumping around and playing. He has plenty of babies to play with in Amber. Brady getting groomed as usual. I love how the new babies always jump and walk on the older offspring. Robi is no exception. He steps and jumps all over Brady.😂😂

Rose needs to keep a close eye on Robin because it is mating season and Aesop is behaving very aggressively towards others and he wouldn’t think twice about hurting a little one like Robin who so obviously isn’t his offspring.
Looks like Aesop was chasing off Brady, the males don't like the juveniles hanging around the mothers. But you are right about Aesop being extremely aggressive with all of the females.

I think males throw their weight around to remind the females and younger troop members that they need to show him respect. The threat of infanticide at the Angkor Wat Nature Park is very rare. When infanticide happens, it's fast and so violent that death is immediate. I've only heard of one death that occurred in that location. It was a female baby long tail that was killed by an adult male long tail. People reported that the baby long tail wasn't showing any respect towards its elders... it's social behavior was very abnormal because it wasn't taught any discipline. That she angered the adult male so much he killed her infanticide style. 🫤 Lastly, I wouldn't worry about Rose when it comes to protecting her son. If anything, Rose has a reputation of being overprotective. ☺️
