Good to know the right people to do a proper sail repair. I know a guy that works making custom sails for racing boats. His company won't touch glider sails though. They don't want the liability...

I'll take the liability! Haha. I test fly after repairs, so that question gets sorted pretty quick.

I didn't do it myself. They used a machine. I can send you their contact info if you need it done.
